I believe that there are 4 fundamental character traits that every good Realtor must possess:
Honesty - Truth. Everyone knows what it is, but sometimes, when the chips are down, some people start creating their own versions of it. Honesty is a big deal to me and it should be a big deal to you. After all, the purchase or sale of your home is one of the largest, if not, the largest financial transaction most people will ever take part in. Integrity - Everyone has been taken advantage of at one time or another. Hopefully, it wasn't during the purchase or sale of a previous home. It is my job, as a real estate professional, to make sure that you are taken care of and your needs are being addressed. I do not make deals for the sake of "making the sale". I will do what is right for you. Strong Work Ethic - As with anything in life, the people who put in the time and effort to accomplish their goals are the most successful at doing so. The purchase or sale of a home is an event of utmost importance in your life. Your Realtor should be working hard to help you accomplish this goal. Knowledge - As important as honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic are, they are only useful if your realtor actually knows what they are doing. To say that I know everything would be great, but it would be a lie. I have a tremendous support system, including other realtors, lawyers, property inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. If I don't know, I will know someone who does.If you are looking to work with a Realtor who has and values the above traits, please contact me. I would love the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs. I am an easy-going, work-at-your-own-pace, no pressure realtor. The stress of buying and selling a home is high enough and your Realtor should not be adding to it.
